 Return/Filter (HE-IF-21)
Designed for return air entering the bottom of the WarmFlo Air Handler blower cabinet (ideal). Since the filter is within this cabinet, return air duct is connected directly to a provided 19”W x 16”H opening. Furnished with one screw-on filler plate, either side.
Internal “rails” for 4” standard pleated filter, 20” x 20”. Since all manufacturers’ 4” pleated filter modules are not the same dimensions, there is a certain amount of field adjustment.
Heat Pump A-Coil (HE-ICC-21)
This cabinet goes between the filter cabinet (left) and the WarmFlo Air Handler itself. This allows coupling the Electro-Mate Air Handler with the contractor’s selected split heat pump. To utilize WarmFlo temperature sensing and the proper operation of the WarmFlo unit, the heat pump coil must be at the blower inlet.
In this arrangement the WarmFlo technology performance and comfort will “temper” the air source heat pump output thus allowing the heat pump to operate down to at least 0° F and increasing the overall system efficiency.
Air heat pump comfort is always guaranteed with WarmFlo. In addition the ECM variable speed blower is also controlled by WarmFlo temperature sensing and its internal program.
