General Manager:
Jon Smith
As General Manager it is my pleasure to oversee the general operations of the corporation. General operations include the following areas: Sales, Customer Service, Research & Development, Accounting and Administration, Human Resources, Community involvement, Assembly & Manufacturing, and general daily direction for the managers of each department. I also enjoy mentoring potential leaders within the corporation by offering teamwork and leadership training that will provide them the tools to be the possible next generation of managers. It is also my responsibility to communicate corporate direction (vision) given by the officers of the corporation and take the necessary steps to achieve the desired result. If we are to stay a competitive, vibrant, and growing corporation we must have a clear corporate vision and quality leaders to make Electro into the "Leader" we desire to be.
Accounting Manager:
Krista Smith
Being a part of Electro Industries has been part of my entire life. Since the CEO and founder of Electro is my father I have grown up with the company. Through the past 20 years I have held many different positions from full time to part time. Currently, I work part time in the accounting department. I handle all the financials, accounts payable, and some human relations including all payroll. My husband is Jon Smith, the General Manager, so when I am not working I'm busy at home taking care of our busy family of 6.
Information Technology Manager:
John Seefeldt
My various jobs consist of maintaining Electro's computer network including all hardware and software installations and upgrades, all communication equipment, and research new technology to incorporate to fit our company needs. I oversee Web site additions and maintenance. On the Customer Support/ Sales side I am happy to assist you with your application and troubleshooting questions.
Manufacturing Manager:
David Hayes
As manufacturing manager I am responsible in overseeing our fabrication shop, final assembly, printed circuit board assembly, material control, and material handling. Within these different areas I schedule and coordinate all of the various activities it takes to produce our products. In addition to the above areas of responsibility I am also chairman of our safety committee.
Office Manager:
Deb Heinen
I oversee all outgoing correspondence, and customer mailings; maintain and update our customer database; and maintain and update all product training presentations. Together with the Sales Department I design all literature, customer newsletters, and our company newsletter. I also maintain both our Internet Web site and our Intranet site.
